Advanced Methods At Purdue (AMAP): Events and Resources
The Spring 2023 Advanced Methods event series is in full swing. This semester focuses on a Special Series on Methods Pedagogy. Supported by a Teaching Leadership Award from the Center of Instructional Excellence, the series will open a conversation across campus for instructors and mentors to share wins and failures and gain new strategies for effectively teaching methods in courses and in one-on-one mentoring or consulting arrangements.
Instructors who teach research methods or a quantitative or qualitative methods course are most welcome. If you are a TA graduate student planning to teach a methods or statistics course in the future you are particularly welcome.
The AMAP welcomes anyone (not limited to those in behavioral, health, and social sciences) at Purdue to join our events/activities.
For more information about the events, please visit https://www.purdue.edu/amap/events/new.php. Here is also a link to join AMAP list-serv. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email AMAP@purdue.edu.
