Workshop: Finding Funding, Limited Submissions, and Proposal Submission

The Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships (EVPRP) will host a workshop entitled Finding Funding, Limited Submissions, and Proposal Submission. This workshop provides an excellent opportunity for faculty to learn more about Purdue’s policies and processes related to the development, submission, and management of research proposals.

This workshop will take place on Thursday, September 9 from 11:30AM to 1:00PM, in Stewart Center, room 214.

Presenters include: Sue Grimes, Research Development Services; Drew Weintraut, Foundation Relations; Nathan Utz, Industry Partnerships; and Amanda Hamaker, Sponsored Program Services – Pre-Award.

  • Resources for finding and tracking funding opportunities
  • The limited submission process
  • Proposal support provided by Pre-Award Services
  • Budget preparation and review
  • Understanding facilities and administration rate (F&A)
